A digital download is an electronic method of obtaining a document, file, or software package. It typically arrives through the internet, often via email, and enables immediate access to the purchased product for downloading.
No, we do not generate or create product keys. Our role is to store the keys provided to us and then allocate them automatically to customers once their orders have been processed.
We only offer electronic delivery and won’t physically ship any keys or packaging. After completing payment, you’ll receive a link to download your software along with your unique product key displayed on the screen. We’ll also send this information to the email you provided during your order.
In most cases, your product key will be displayed on the order confirmation page, but in some cases we may hold the order to protect against fraud. If this happens, you will receive a message from us. Your order will then be manually reviewed by one of our support staff and will usually be approved within a few hours. If we need more information to do this, we will contact you via the email provided with the order.

Yes for downloadable software, but unfortunately not for software that requires activation keys. Retail product software licenses are intended for installation and activation on a single computer. However, we offer bulk product key deals for those in need of licenses for multiple computers.
Yes, our retail licenses allow you to transfer your license to a different device. This feature comes in handy when you upgrade your laptop or PC. Don’t forget to keep your Product Key secure, so you can easily activate it on your new device. Please be aware that you must uninstall the software from the previous computer before transferring it to a new one.
We highly recommend uninstalling any previous versions of Office or other software before installing your new software. Doing so will prevent any potential issues that may arise during the installation process.
Uninstalling Office removes only the Office applications from your computer. It does not delete any files, documents, or workbooks created using the apps. However, we recommend backing up all the files before installing a new version.
We carefully review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and make every effort to issue a refund whenever feasible. Nevertheless, there are some situations where we are unable to grant a refund, and those circumstances are explained in greater detail in our Refund Policy.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for your software. However, if your software package is defective or if you are unable to redeem/activate it on the Official website even after receiving assistance from our technical support team (via email/live chat), we will issue you a replacement. Please note that replacements are only available within 30 days of purchase.

Each software product provided is guaranteed to be the full version. The majority of our offerings grant lifetime access for use. However, it’s worth noting that a select few are subject to a specified usage period, as clearly indicated on the respective product page.
